Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: Our Business Continuity Measures

As the global coronavirus situation continues to evolve daily, we at PowerChord are taking steps to protect our teams and maintain the standard of service you expect from us. Currently, there are no reported cases of the coronavirus within the PowerChord organization, and we have not been alerted to any specific threat. We have a responsibility to ensure that the health of our employees, clients, and contractors is not compromised, and it remains our top priority. We are continuing to monitor our business and take proactive measures internally, such as initiating a moratorium on all non-critical business air travel and formally converting all employees to a work-from-home arrangement. Working from home has been a voluntary feature of our culture for a long time, and one with which nearly every one of our employees has had experience, so this amounts to a simple adjustment. Please continue to use the same contact information - email addresses and phone numbers - for any and all of your support needs. The end dates for these measures will be determined weekly based on local and global circumstances. We continue to monitor state and local advisories closely. Our contingency plans are in place for implementation, should they be needed, to help minimize any potential disruption in our services. We have identified essential business partners, suppliers, and service providers, and are engaged in discussions with them on a daily basis. We will keep you updated on any news or impacts as they occur. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Account Manager or to our Customer Service team.
