Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of data can I see?

You will have full insight into lead and site performance throughout your network of locations.

This means you can monitor leads as they progress through your sales funnel, see how they’re spread out across your network, and track how they trend over time.

You also have access to site statistics, so you can see which pages are performing best, how many visitors are making it to your sites, and how long visitors are browsing those sites, among others.

And all of this reporting rolls up - meaning your brand maintains a global view of this data across your entire network and has the ability to drill into cross sections as desired.

Can I see data specific to my digital marketing campaigns?

In some cases.

Depending on your specific campaigns and the tools you’re using, we may be able to pull data which can be layered in with your site metrics and lead data.

We’ll evaluate your strategy during onboarding and capture what we can.

Can I control who can see data?

Yes.

By default, reporting rolls up - meaning each dealer can see only their data, managers can see data of each location for which they’re responsible, all the way up to the global view available to the brand.

Permissions can be tailored to restrict access to this data if needed.
