Who is FLOE International?

FLOE International has manufactured high-quality aluminum recreational equipment in McGregor, Minnesota since 1983. The lineup spans boat lifts sized for personal watercraft up through pontoons and cruisers, aluminum docks, and multiple trailer lines in both open and enclosed configurations, alongside the FLOECRAFT boat division and its Afina Yachts and Varatti Boats lines.

With more than 70 patents, FLOE products carry a reputation for innovative features and strong value, the kind of brand promise that depends on a consistent experience all the way down to the local dealer.

The Challenge

A dealer locator that could not drive trackable leads

FLOE sold through a marine dealer network across the United States and Canada and offered a dealer locator on its website, but the experience was not built to drive trackable sales leads across its many product channels. Once a consumer left the brand site, FLOE had no control over the local experience.

The company needed a consistent digital presence at the dealer level, one that was not overly complicated, that protected uniform branding while driving real results for local dealers.

The Ask

Fix the locator, then build a dealer program around it

PowerChord started with FLOE International's own website, rebuilding the dealer locator experience so consumers reliably found the right FLOE product in their region.

From there, PowerChord built a dealer recruitment program anchored by a full multichannel campaign across paid search, social, display, and retargeting. FLOE and PowerChord worked together to bring local dealers into the program with strong incentives and proven strategies, giving dealers new revenue opportunities that ultimately drive sales.
